- 2 Starkist® tuna cans in water, drained
- ½ white onion
- 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 saladette tomatoes
- ½ handful cilantro
- 2 jalapeno chilies
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Finely mince onion, chilies and cilantro. Dice the tomatoes.
- Place tuna, onion, tomato, cilantro, chili, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to the salad, along with olive oil as dressing.
