Strawberries and Cream
- 3 cups Cacique® Crema Mexicana
- 2 lbs strawberries
- 3 cups condensed milk
- 1 ½ cups evaporated milk
- 3 tbsp vanilla extract
- Thinly cut strawberries and reserve.
- Mix Cacique® Crema Mexicana , vanilla extract, condensed milk and evaporated milk in a mixer until fluffy.
- Place strawberries in a deep bowl; then add a layer of cream.
