Finely grind almonds in the blender or food processor. Season fish with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Melt Country Crock® Spread with oil in a 12 inch self-adherent skillet over a medium-high heat and fry fish, turning it over once until almost cooked, approximately 4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Fry onion and garlic in the same skillet over a medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes. Add Knorr® Caldo de Tomate chicken flavored with water, mayonnaise, lemon juice and ground almonds.
Reduce heat over a medium flame and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put the fish back to the skillet and cook until it flakes with a fork, approximately 5 minutes.
