- 4 medium plantains sweet, peeled and sliced
- 4 tbsp butter
- Caramel, Lechera milk and Salvadorian cream to taste
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a self-adherent skillet over a medium heat and fry half of the plantains, turning them over once, for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Take the plantains out of the skillet, put in a platter and keep warm.
- Repeat with the remaining butter and plantains.
- Serve plantains sprinkled with cajeta or Lechera Milk and Salvadorian cream.
