  • 1 1/2 tsp. Knorr® Chicken Flavor Bouillon
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup White Onion
  • 4 Cups Mexican Melting Cheese (Asadero, Monterey Jack or Cheddar)
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tomato Seeded and Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Tequila
  • 1 Jalapeño, Seeded Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro Chopped


  1. Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion, tomato, jalapeno pepper and Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon.
  2. Cook, stirring frequently, until onion is golden brown, about 8 minutes.
  3. Stir in tequila and cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened, about 1 minute.
  4. Reduce heat to low, then stir in cheese until melted, about 3 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately and garnish, if desired, with cilantro.
