- 1 cup Coronado® caramel
- 1 qt milk
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Bring the milk to a boil with the cinnamon stirring constantly to prevent it from burning.
- Add the caramel and keep on stirring until completely incorporated.
- Dissolve the starch in a little bit of water to prevent clumps. Add starch to caramel and milk. Check the consistency and add starch if needed.
- Serve hot.
