  • What browser works best with the Vendor Portal? The recommended browser is: IE9 or IE10.
  • What do I do if I forget my username or password? Please send an email to: ITHelp@northgatemarkets.com
  • What do I do if the Vendor Portal does not display when I click the link in the website? Please send an email to: ITHelp@northgatemarkets.com
  • Do I use the Vendor Portal to enter ad allowances? No. Please continue to use the same process you are using today for ad allowances
  • Do I use the Vendor Portal for Scan Based Trading (SBT) items? No. Please continue to use the same process you are using today for SBT items.
  • Do I need to enter all of the items when updating the cost for a group of associated items? No. The system will launch a ‘wizard’ where you will be able to select all items or individual items within a family.
  • What do I do for overlapping deals? Enter each deal individually with their corresponding dates. The system will add the deal amounts together for the overlapping dates.
