One thing you can do to eat healthier is to include fruits and vegetables with your foods. It’s also important to include fruits and vegetables of different colors. Beets are vegetables with a very particular color. Besides having beets in juice, these lovely veggies can be prepared in different ways to serve as a side dish with your meals.
