Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. Plain Yogurt
  • 6 oz. Strawberries (About 5 Strawberries)
  • 6 oz. Agave Nectar
  • 2 oz. Blueberries
  • 2 oz. Granola
  • 2 oz. Chia

Instructions:

  1. The night before—mix yogurt, chia, and agave nectar. Let rest in refrigerator.
  2. Before serving—cut up strawberries
  3. Start with a base of strawberries and alternate yogurt and strawberry layers.
  4. Cover parfait with strawberries, blueberries and granola
