- 1 qt. milk
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- ½ lb. of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 spoonfuls of Maizena cornstarch
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Sugar to taste
- Choose ripe strawberries; with no green around the tip.
- Wash and clean the strawberries, then put them in a pan on low heat with the cinnamon and sugar, until boiling.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water, avoiding any lumps, and blend the strawberries without the cinnamon.
