  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • ½ lb. of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 spoonfuls of Maizena cornstarch
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Sugar to taste


  1. Choose ripe strawberries; with no green around the tip.
  2. Wash and clean the strawberries, then put them in a pan on low heat with the cinnamon and sugar, until boiling.
  3. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water, avoiding any lumps, and blend the strawberries without the cinnamon.
