Spicy Brown Rice

Spicy Brown Rice

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked brown rice
  • (approx. 1 cup uncooked rice)
  • 3 grilled Serrano peppers (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Juice of half of a lemon

Procedure:

  1. Cook rice according to package instruc-tions. Once cooked, set aside & leave cov-ered.
  2. Blend the serranos, garlic, lemon, oil and salt at high speed.
  3. Fluff rice with a fork and mix in the dress-ing prepared in the blender.
