Marinate fish, shrimp, scallops, mussels, octopus and crab legs in lemon juice.
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the water to boiling, add Knorr® Shrimp Bouillon cubes until completely dissolved.
In another skillet over medium heat with a minimum amount of oil, cook onion and garlic until translucent, add the previously marinated seafood and cook for 3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cilantro to the mix.
In the sauce pan mix the seafood, carrots, potatoes and tomatoes to give red color to the soup broth and cook for 15 minutes.
