  • 1 lb medium peeled shrimp
  • ¼ lb yellow pepper
  • ¼ lb red pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ white onion
  • 4 italian lettuce leaves
  • ½ bunch of cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 ½ oz butter
  • 1 tablespoons oil
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • salt


  1. Slice the onion and finely chop the garlic.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil and butter; sauté the garlic until lightly brown; add the shrimp.Stir gently with a wooden spoon; add lemon.
  3. Add the peppers cut into thin julienne strips and add the onion. Season and cook until shrimp are tender.
  4. Chop the lettuce into thin strips and chop the cilantro.
  5. Heat the tortillas and serve fajitas on a plate.Serve with guacamole, jalapeño, and your favorite salsas.
