Mexican Rice with Knorr
- 1 Packet of Knorr Mi Arroz Rojo Rice
- 1 1/2 Cups of Long Grain Rice
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 3 Cups Water
- 1 3/4 Cups Peas and Carrots Frozen, Thawed
- Prepare rice according to the package instructions, adding the peas and carrots during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from the fire and let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
