  • 1 Packet of Knorr Mi Arroz Rojo Rice
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Long Grain Rice
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 1 3/4 Cups Peas and Carrots Frozen, Thawed


  1. Prepare rice according to the package instructions, adding the peas and carrots during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  2. Remove from the fire and let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
