Rinse salmon with water, drain and dry with napkin.
Mix juice from one lemon, 5 tbsp Pompeian® olive oil, little salt, black pepper and lastly a few droplets of Tabasco sauce in a pan.
Put fish in a pan, and then coat the pieces with the marinade just prepared. Cover the pan and allow to sit for at least half an hour so it takes on the flavor of the marinade, the longer the better. It’s important that all the salmon it’s coated with the marinade.
Cook the salmon fillets on both sides for approximately 5 minutes on a skillet with some Pompeian® olive oil.
Serve and top the fish with a little more marinade.
