- 3/4 cup Rice
- 5 cups water
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1-1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 can Gonzalez Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Whole Gonzalez Milk
- 1/4 cup sugar Northgate
- Ice, for serving
- Soak rice the previous day in 1/4 gallon of water. In a blender, add the soaked rice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, sugar and 5 cups water.
- Drain the liquid through a strainer into a small pitcher.
- Add the Gonzalez whole milk.
- Stir, add ice and serve cold.
