Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Rice
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1-1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 can Gonzalez Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Whole Gonzalez Milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar Northgate
  • Ice, for serving

Preparation:

  1. Soak rice the previous day in 1/4 gallon of water. In a blender, add the soaked rice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, sugar and 5 cups water.
  2. Blend.
  3. Drain the liquid through a strainer into a small pitcher.
  4. Add the Gonzalez whole milk.
  5. Stir, add ice and serve cold.
