Homemade Oatmeal with Flax and Chia

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • ½ - 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seed
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of honey
  • ½ cup of seasonal chopped fruit

Directions:

  1. Boil water, milk,  chia, flax seed, oats and stir. Add in honey and fruit as desired and serve.
