Ham and Cheese Torta in the Oven
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Chipotle Chile, Finely sliced
- 1 Avocado, Sliced
- 1/2 cup Red Onion, Finely sliced
- 1 Cup Monterrey Jack (about 4 oz.)
- 3/4 lb. Sliced Ham, Cut into Strips
- 4 Bolillo Rolls Cut in Half and Toasted
- Preheat oven to 350° F. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with chipotle.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture over rolls and top with the remaining ingredients in layers.
- Wrap the cake in foil and bake for 12 minutes or until cheese melts.
