  • 2 Medium Hass Avocadoes from Northgate Markets
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbls. Minced Red Onion
  • 2 tsp. Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp. Cilantro, Minced
  • 1/4 Cup Roma Tomato, Chopped


  1. In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt.
  2. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic.
  3. Stir in cayenne pepper.
