  • 1 cup of balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. of minced garlic
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 pinches of cayenne pepper
  • 4 Rib-Eye Steaks


  1. Mix vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, honey, oil, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Place steaks inside a deep glass dish, rub marinade on both sides of every steak. Cover glass dish and let steaks marinade over night.
  3. Preheat grill to medium high temperature.
  4. Lightly oil grates. Grill every steak for 7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is obtained. Discard left over marinade.
  5. Serve steaks hot.
