Fried Tilapia

Ingredients:

  • 6 whole fish
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 lemons
  • Oil for frying necessary
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Open up 3 slits in the fish
  2. Then prepared with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Let it stand for about 5 minutes.
  3. Put a bit of flour and fry in hot oil over low heat to prevent burning.
  4. When browned remove the oil and drain it.
