Ingredients:

  • 4 medium plantains sweet, peeled and sliced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Caramel, Lechera milk and Salvadorian cream to taste

Preparation:

  1. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a self-adherent skillet over a medium heat and fry half of the plantains, turning them over once, for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Take the plantains out of the skillet, put in a platter and keep warm.
  3. Repeat with the remaining butter and plantains.
  4. Serve plantains sprinkled with cajeta or Lechera Milk and Salvadorian cream.
