Season the fish fillets with garlic salt and pepper.
In a large skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter over medium-high heat. Fry fillets until they are golden, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Place on a platter and keep warm while preparing the sauce.
Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan clean. Add onion and parsley and saute until the onion is caramelized, about 3 minutes. Add wine and cook for 3 more minutes.
Mix ketchup, sauces, and salsa to skillet. Stir and cook for another three minutes.
Dip the fish fillets with hot sauce. Serve accompanied with white rice and / or mixed salad.
