Fish Fillet

Ingredients:

  • 6 Tilapia fillets
  • 1 egg
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the fillets in cold water, dry with a cloth, wrap in the egg.
  2. Pour pepper.
  3. Mix the salt and fillets in egg and bread.
  4. Fry the fillets one by one in oil, not too hot, and accompany with a green salad.
