  • 1 lb Chorizo
  • Canola Oil
  • 2 Cups Refried Beans
  • Salt
  • 8 Corn or Flour Tortillas


  1. Cook the chorizo in a pan with a little oil over medium heat.
  2. When you begin to see it caramelize, add the beans and allow it to sit for 30 seconds.
  3. After the beans (refried) begin to steam, slowly beat them with a spoon and when it begins to smell remove them from the heat.
  4. Heat the tortillas, and fill with the mixture.
  5. Serve with your favorite agua fresca!
  6. Provecho!
