Ingredients:

  • 3 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 ½ qts water
  • 6 lemons
  • 6 tbsp honey

Preparation:

  1. Soak chia seeds in a glass of water for 1 hour.
  2. Mix water with honey and lemon juice, add chia and ice to serve
