  • 1 lb. Cactus, Chopped and Cooked
  • 2 Medium Tomato, Chopped
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Small Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Green Chili Peppers
  • Oil
  • Salt


  1. Heat oil in a pan and sautée the tomato, onion and green chile.
  2. Add the cactus.
  3. Finally add the eggs and salt.
  4. Moving constantly to prevent sticking.
