  • 4 cups Bimbo® Pan Molido
  • 36 pieces U12 clean shrimps
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • ¾ onion
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 ½ cups tomato, minced
  • ¾ cup onion, minced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 15 tbsp tequila
  • ¾ tbsp chicken broth
  • 6 cups oil
  • Parsley to garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  1. Mix eggs, 2 cloves of garlic, onion, salt and pepper in the blender.
  2. Flour the shrimps; then, pass through blender mixture; and lastly, bread with Bimbo bread crumbs . Reserve.
  3. Heat up plenty oil in a skillet and brown the breaded shrimps.

For salsa:

  • Fry some oil, onion, chili and tomato in another skillet.  Add salt, pepper, tequila, and flame.
  • Once the alcohol had consumed from the tequila, add some chicken broth powder, lemon juice, and check flavor.
  • Serve the shrimps with sauce at the center and with rice.
