BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 2 baby back rib racks
  • Bottle Kraft® Original BBQ Sauce
  • 5 bay leaves
  • 1 tbs pepper
  • Water

Preparation:

  1. In a big pot, boil water with bay leaves and pepper. Add the ribs and cook for one hour.
  2. When ready, throw away the water and spread the BBQ sauce on the ribs, leaving them to stand for 20 minutes.
  3. Take the racks to a low fire grill to finish cooking. Spread more BBQ sauce and turn constantly until the sauce caramelizes.
  4. The meat should fall off the bone easily, when ready!
